This May, the Grants and Innovation Office (FIK) offers a course on how to write a competitive ERC Starting Grant research proposal. The course will be in the form of an interactive workshop and cover 2 full days. Up to twenty participants will be invited to participate. Participants from all faculties are invited to attend. The course will be given in English and is free of charge for the participant.
May 15, 8.00 – May 16, 17.00 (possibly overnight at a remote location).
Interactive workshop covering part B1 of your proposal. At the start of the course, it is expected that you have read our writing guidelines (which we will send to you) and that you have a draft of your ERC proposal, part B1. Short introductions and lectures by research advisors from FIK are followed by time to work on your own draft with access to the advisors. Each draft will then be collectively reviewed and commented by your fellow participants and the advisors.
The application for the course is a two-step procedure:
1. Register at the Skills Development Portal.
2. Send an email to email@example.com where you motivate briefly why you want to attend the course. You should also enclose your CV.
Up to twenty participants will be invited to participate. The selected participants will be notified latest May 3.
