Kerstin Strömland has received a special recognition from the Teratology Society for her hard work and commitment to The Thalidomide Archive Project. The archive contains parts of the unique photo and video material Kerstin Strömland collected in the late 1980’s.
“It is great to be acknowledged for research that has been conducted so long ago and very pleasing that the material will be used to increase knowledge in the area,” Kerstin says.
Kerstin Strömland is a retired senior physician and former adjunct professor of pediatric ophthalmology at the Section of Clinical Neuroscience.
