Starting from Vice-Chancellor’s decision-making meeting November 9 november 2017 new procedures will apply for the decisions. A decision template that is to be used will be available in the University’s template system in the software Word. Sometimes, cases will also be preferred at a pre-meeting. In that case the officer is contacted when the case is reported. The purpose of the new procedures is to increase legal certainty in the decision-making process and to communicate taken decisions earlier.
