Two applications for international postdoc in the field of medicine and health at the University of Gothenburg has been granted by the Swedish Research Council. Sing Hoi Cheuk, active in the field of immunology, will study tymus abnormalities in the 22q11.2 deletion syndrome, where molecular and cellular mechanisms will be studied, as well as new treatment strategies. Carolina Guibentif, active the fields of developmental biology, hematology and bioinformatics, will map single cell resolution, from mesoderm to blood. Host country for both of them is the United Kingdom. These three year contributions give the recipients a total of SEK 3 150 000 each.
