Else Kröner Fresenius Prize for Medical Research has chosen diseases of worldwide significance for its subject 2023. The prize consists of EUR 2,5 million, of which EUR 500,000 shall be awarded personally to the recipient EUR 2 million to the award-winner’s future research. The candidates must be researchers in basic medical sciences or clinical sciences, and have made outstanding scientific contributions with regards to diseaeses that pose a major burden…
